By using the GrantFlow service, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

GrantFlow is an AI-powered service that generates grant proposals based on the business idea description provided by the user. The service includes:

• Free preview generation (executive summary + AI score)
• Full report (9 sections, 15-20 pages) available for purchase (€19.99)
• Editable Word document (.docx)

3. Important Limitations

GrantFlow is an assistance tool, NOT a substitute for professional consulting.

• Generated content is indicative and must be reviewed before official submission
• Financial figures are estimates based on general market data and are NOT guarantees
• We do not guarantee successful funding acquisition
• We recommend verifying all information with a qualified consultant or accountant
• Market data and statistics are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies

4. Payments and Refunds

• The €19.99 payment (VAT included) is a one-time fee per generated report
• Payments are securely processed by LemonSqueezy
• The complete document is available for download immediately after payment
• Reports are stored for 48 hours after generation; after this period, the document can no longer be downloaded from the platform

5. Intellectual Property

Once purchased, the report content belongs to you entirely. You may edit, modify, and submit the document without restrictions. The GrantFlow platform and its design remain our property.

6. Acceptable Use

You are prohibited from:

• Using the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Attempting to bypass usage limits or security systems
• Reselling generated reports as your own consulting work
• Using the service for mass content generation (spam)

7. Limitation of Liability

GrantFlow is not responsible for:

• Funding decisions made based on generated reports
• Inaccuracies in market data or financial projections generated by AI
• Financial losses resulting from use of the service
• Temporary service unavailability

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
