We collect the following data:

• Business idea description — the text you enter to generate a proposal
• Email address — provided by the payment processor (LemonSqueezy) upon purchase
• IP address — used exclusively for rate limiting
• Optional feedback — reviews and ratings you voluntarily provide
• Analytics data — anonymous site usage data via Google Analytics

3. How We Use Your Data

• Generating the requested grant proposal
• Sending the document via email after payment
• Preventing abuse (rate limiting)
• Improving our service based on feedback

4. Data Storage

Generated reports are stored temporarily (48 hours) on secure servers and then automatically deleted. We do not retain reports long-term. Feedback and reviews are retained for service improvement.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). We do not store credit card or banking details. See LemonSqueezy's privacy policy for details.

6. Artificial Intelligence

We use OpenAI (GPT-4.1) to generate proposals. Your business idea text is sent to the OpenAI API for processing. OpenAI does not use API data to train their models. See OpenAI's policy.
